Evaluation

We'll assess your mobility, strength, and biomechanics to identify potential areas of concern that could lead to injury. Whether you're dealing with pain or looking to improve your performance, this personalized assessment will help you move better, reduce discomfort, and stay on the court longer.

Follow Up Sessions

Our follow-up sessions are designed to build on your initial evaluation, focusing on targeted exercises and treatment strategies to improve mobility, strength, and performance. We'll address ongoing issues, prevent future injuries, and ensure you stay in top shape for the game.

Wellness Sessions

Our wellness sessions are tailored to help pickleball players stay proactive about their health. We focus on injury prevention, mobility enhancement, and optimizing overall performance. Through targeted stretches, strengthening exercises, and movement assessments, you'll improve flexibility, stability, and endurance. 

I am currently being treated by Dennis for a hand/wrist injury that limits my ability to play pickleball and other activities including my job as a surgical nurse. He has treated me in the past for a frozen shoulder and hip issues. I have found him to be very personable, knowledgeable,intuitive, and effective in his assessments. HIs recommendations have been clear,detailed, and easy to implement. He follows up routinely to check my improvement and teach's me how to progress my exercises and routines to speed my healing. I've been so impressed with his ability to trace the root causes of my pains, and explains the biomechanics with the origins of my injuries. He works collaboratively with me to not just treat my injury but prevent it from recurring in the future.
